Full-Service Digital Marketing Strategy to Boost Leads and Brand Recognition for the ``Reserva dos Lagos`` Residential Development Launch

Apex Construction hired our agency to maximize the launch of their new mid-to-high-end development, ``Reserva dos Lagos,`` located in a growing area of the city. The primary goal was to generate a high volume of qualified leads for the sales team and to establish the Apex brand as a synonym for excellence and secure investment.

Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Development of an editorial line focused on “construction journey,” “real estate investment,” and “quality of life.”
- Creation of over 40 pieces of monthly content (static images, carousels, Reels, and Stories), showcasing high-quality renders of the development, virtual tours (in Reels), testimonials from clients of previous projects, and highlights of the location.
- Use of persuasive copy to educate the audience about Apex’s constructive differentials.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram): Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns targeting couples, families, and investors based on lifestyle interests, income, and location. Strategic use of Reels and Stories with strong visual appeal of the decorated unit and leisure area.
- Google Ads (Search and Display Networks): Ad creation for high-intent search terms such as “Reserva dos Lagos apartments,” “high-end constructors [City],” and “property for sale [Neighborhood].” Strategic use of remarketing for leads who visited the landing page but did not convert.
- TikTok Ads (Optional/Focus on Younger Investors): Short, dynamic videos focusing on investment potential and the condo’s modern infrastructure.
Analytics & Engagement Reports:
- Implementation of conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel to measure Cost Per Lead (CPL) and the generated Lead Quality.
- Weekly and monthly reports detailing:
- Organic Content Performance: Engagement rate, follower growth, and Top Posts.
- Paid Traffic Performance: Cost Per Lead (CPL) by platform/campaign, volume of qualified leads (MQLs), and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
- Continuous data-driven adjustments to optimize the budget for the best-performing campaigns, resulting in a 20% reduction in CPL after the first month of optimization.
